The first meeting of the year takes place at Olbrich gardens. The following meetings take place in member's homes and includes educational presentations or field trips for continuing education.
7:00 to 7:30 - Socialization
7:30 to 8:15 - Educational program
8:15 to 9:00 Meeting led by current president
Operate on a nonprofit basis and solely for charitable, scientific and educational purposes conducive to the well-being of the community.
Advance the art of gardening, landscape design, horticulture and floral design.
Aid in the protection and conservation of natural resources and promote civic beautification.
Maintain planting, observe and report on condition of Waunona Park, Esther Beach, Paunack Conservancy and Waunona sign Garden. Work with the Madison Parks Division as needed.
Continue traditional observance of holiday season (November cookie exchange) by providing food to needy community groups such as the Domestic Abuse Intervention Services, Salvation Army and other nonprofit community services in the area.
Support St. Stephen's Food Pantry with donations.
Continued support of the BLW Community Center.
