All That Jazz is one of the Bands' biggest fundraisers of the year, and there are plenty of ways to get involved and help support our favorite musicians:
Setup and decorate the banquet room the morning of the event
Monitor student performers while they are off stage
Check in attendees
Sell raffle tickets and wine pulls
Be a "prize runner" and deliver prizes to their winner as their name is announced
Tally silent auction sheets
Check out auction winners at the end of the event
CLEAN UP - "Many hands make light work"
Donate an item or service for the Raffle or Silent Auction
Are you talented or crafty and want to share your handy work for the auction?
Do you know or own a business that would be interested in donating, or sponsoring a table?
Do you want to donate a gift card, item or package on behalf of you/your family?
