St. Boniface and St. Francis Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship

Sunday, February 22nd, from 11:30 - 1:30 at St. Francis School

7075 Ashworth Rd, West Des Moines

This event is completely free to any boy or girl age 9 - 14.  Age is determined by how old your child was on January 1st.  Examples: If your child was 8 on January 1 of this year, they are not eligible yet.  Or, if your child just turned 15, but were 14 on January 1 of this year, then they are eligible for the 14 bracket.  

 Come anytime between 11:30 and 1:30 to register and shoot.  This is a come-and-go activity that does not have a specific start time.

Please pre-register using the online registration button.  You will still need to complete a competition score form when you arrive.

Regional Free Throw Competition

The top shooters in each division will move on.

March 1st, 2026 at Sacred Heart School Ryan Gym in Boone from 12:00 - 1:00.
