HOW THE FIRM OPERATES

Once instructed, the firm initiates correspondences with the parties concerned. If it be an issue of payment of monies we start by writing a demand letter to the debtor concerned.

This is then followed up within seven to fourteen days with another letter, a reminder, to the debtor to make good the client’s claim depending on the location of the debtor.

In case there is no favorable response an opinion is written to the client advising on the further available remedies. We then file a case against the debtor on advice of the client.

Any payments collected on behalf of the client through our offices are remitted promptly to the client. Unless otherwise stated, we advise the debtor to write cheques in the name of the client so that ours is only to submit the cheque to the client.

Payments by installments may be accepted in appropriate circumstances and only after a legally binding agreement is enforced in the courts of law and executed with the consent of the client.

It is the policy of the firm to keep its clients adequately and regularly informed on the status of the matters through timely correspondence.
