So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ll health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress.
We wil experience a calm, spacious feeling in the our usual problem will fall away. Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, we will naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people, and our relationships with others will gradually improve
If we train in meditation, our mind will become more and more peace will experience a purer and purer form of happiness.
Our classes & courses offer something for everyone; from complete beginners to those with previous experience of meditation,
Each course will consist of guided meditations and practical teachings on Buddha's helpful advice for solving our problems and finding lasting happiness
Our Meditation rooms are seating on cushions, and no special clothing is required.
