1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Water Tracker - Drink Reminder ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
2. Use of the App
The App provides hydration tracking and reminders for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems connected to the App
3. Health Disclaimer
The App provides general hydration guidance only. Water goal calculations are estimates based on commonly used formulas. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or hydration based on the App's suggestions. The developer is not liable for any health outcomes.
4. Premium Subscriptions
The App offers optional Premium subscriptions:
Weekly: Billed weekly
Monthly: Billed monthly
Yearly: Billed annually
All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, your chosen subscription begins automatically.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Billing: All billing is handled by Apple. Prices are in INR and may vary by region. The developer has no access to your payment details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App is owned by Sujan Anand. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or inaccurate hydration calculations.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
