From Watertown Ambassador Izzy Butler -Honored to be The Watertown 2023-2024 Ambassador.

Some of us might know, I got to experience the 2024 Winter Carnival Festival this weekend. I was 1 out of 81 ambassadors/queens/princesses all around the state of Minnesota and I wanted to share my wonderful experience.

I went into this weekend not knowing what would be the outcome of it. I am honored to say that I came out a completely different person due to these girls that I had the honor to meet. I gained so many friendships, I gained confidence in myself, this event changed my view on the royalty program in a positive way.

In reality, the tears, the smiles, the laughs, the late nights and early mornings were all worth it in the end, and I am so very proud to say I made the most amazing unforgettable memories. HUGE shoutout to the girls that got me through it, my wonderful roommates that made me feel so welcoming and the supportive energy that they gave off this weekend. I will never forget this opportunity that i was given, as I would do it over again every weekend if I could.

My biggest learning moment was to capture all the memories, and to take those chances because i know this doesn’t happen all the time. I will never regret it, or anything that I gained from this festival.

Extremely thankful for everyone who had helped me get to this point and who encouraged me to go even though I was nervous and anxious.

We enjoyed an evening of fun with our friends in Albertville. The Beyond the Crown Ball was a fundraiser for the American Heart Association of Minnesota, Real Men Wear Pink of Minnesota.

This was the second year for the Ambassador Program in running this great community event. We are so grateful to all of our shoppers, their families, and most of all the volunteers that make this event a success.

We will begin taking donations right away and gathering more items to have more great items for the shoppers each year.
