I am currently a senior in high school based in Arizona! Ever since 3rd grade when I would write short stories for my teachers asking them to take shorter showers or bike to school, I have been incredibly passionate about our environment and involving our community to protect it. I have been incredibly lucky to have been surrounded by teachers that gave me the opportunity to pursue this passion and I am so excited to create these spaces for other students in Arizona! Through Water the Roots, I am thrilled to support the same systems that have supported me as well as give kids a platform to identify and solve the problems they face within our community. 

Hello! As a current Senior based in Arizona, I am honored to start this organization to focus on education for the younger generation. I have always been passionate about the environment and how we, as a community, can better it for the future. Growing up, I had the privilege of being exposed to the importance of our environment and how we should protect it. With Water the Roots, I hope to pass on this knowledge to our students and to influence the passion that I had growing up. I am ecstatic to share our unique education about bettering the environment for our students!
