Lewis Deep Democracy - Level 2 Learning to Fish

About the Course

Level 2 is designed to hone and embed the theory and practice of Lewis Deep Democracy so it becomes more natural in your facilitation and leadership. This course refreshes your understanding of the method while building confidence applying it in practice. Each session includes a check-in, a short teach to revisit the theory, and then practice time within a supportive group setting. Participants take turns leading the session, receiving support and feedback from the instructor. We keep class sizes small to maximize practice time. 

NOTES: 

• Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2, and completing Level 2 is required before advancing to Level 3. 

• To complete Level 2, participants should attend at least 4 of the 5 group sessions.

+ Individual Coaching

As an optional add-on, individual coaching is available to complement the group sessions. Your meta-skills and self-awareness are crucial for supporting team transformation, and your proficiency with the method can be deepened through coaching. The Deep Democracy coaching method offers personalized reflection and guidance on using the method effectively and enhances your awareness of personal triggers and embodied patterns.

Format & Duration: Online (5 sessions, 2 hours each)

Group Size: 6 to 8 participants with one instructor, or 12 to 14 with two instructors.
