AlbaPin is a travel discovery and city exploration app developed by SourSpark.
The app allows users to discover cities, complete travel missions, save visited places, collect city cards, track progress and build a personal travel profile.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Use the app for illegal activities
Upload false, harmful or misleading content
Hack, modify or reverse engineer the app
Copy, reproduce or distribute app content without permission
Exploit bugs, cheats or vulnerabilities
Interfere with the normal operation of the app
Abuse location, proof upload or mission systems
AlbaPin may include:
City missions
Travel ideas
Places to visit
Food, culture, transport and landmark tasks
City cards
XP and progress tracking
Travel logs
Friend feed and social features
Optional proof uploads such as photos, notes or visit details
City content is provided for discovery, entertainment and personal travel tracking purposes only.
AlbaPin does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, opening hours, prices or accessibility of any place, event, route, restaurant, transport service or travel recommendation.
Users are responsible for checking local rules, safety conditions, travel restrictions and official information before visiting any place.
Some features may use location-based data or user-submitted proof to complete missions or save visits.
Proof may include:
Photos
Notes
Visit dates
Place information
Location-related details
You are responsible for the content you upload.
You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, copyrighted without permission, misleading or violates another person’s rights.
We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these Terms.
AlbaPin may allow users to create an account or sign in to save progress, profile information, cards, visits and social activity.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
If the app allows guest usage, some data may be stored locally on your device.
Deleting the app may delete local data if cloud sync is not enabled.
AlbaPin may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Available purchases may include:
Premium features
Extra city packs
Advanced travel cards
Special missions
Ad removal
Subscription plans
Subscription details, duration and pricing will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can use the Restore Purchases option inside the app to restore eligible purchases.
AlbaPin may display advertisements.
Ads may include:

Sponsored travel content
Rewarded ads are optional and may provide in-app benefits.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or performance of third-party advertisements.
AlbaPin may include virtual items such as:
XP
Cards
Badges
Rewards
Premium city content
Mission progress
Profile achievements
Virtual items:
Have no real-world monetary value
Are non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for real money
May be lost if app data is deleted or the app is uninstalled without cloud sync
AlbaPin may include social features such as friend feeds, shared visits, reactions, comments or public profiles.
You agree not to share content that:
Violates laws
Contains hate, harassment or abuse
Includes private information of others
Infringes copyright or trademark rights
Misrepresents a visit, location or achievement
We may moderate, remove or restrict content when necessary.

Travel problems
Unsafe locations
Closed venues
Incorrect city or place information
Device malfunctions
Data loss
Lost local progress
Network-related issues
Third-party service interruptions
Payment provider issues
Indirect or incidental damages
You are responsible for your own travel decisions and personal safety.
We may update AlbaPin and these Terms at any time.

Bug fixes

Gameplay and progress improvements
