This Privacy Policy explains how Antczak Enterprise International – Tomasz Antczak (“we”, “our”, or “us”) accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the Water Tracker – Drink Reminder mobile application (“the App”).
The App does not require users to create an account.
The App does not ask you to provide your name, home address, phone number, or contact list.
If you contact us by email, we receive:

You can remove locally stored App data by:
using an available reset or deletion option in the App;

Files exported by you, including PDF reports, remain in the location where you saved or shared them until you delete them yourself.
The App uses third-party services that may automatically process technical information, including:

operating system version;
App version;
device language and general region;
IP address;
advertising identifier or similar device identifiers, where permitted;
App installation identifiers;
App usage and interaction information;
session information;
advertising impressions, clicks, and performance information;

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.
The App may request permission to send drink reminders.
Reminder preferences and schedules may be stored locally on your device and used to display notifications at the times selected by you.
You can disable notifications:
within the App, where the option is available;
through your Android device settings.
Disabling notifications does not automatically delete your other hydration data.
We may use information processed through the App to:
provide and operate the App;
store and display hydration information;
schedule reminders;
provide and restore Premium access;
display and measure advertisements;
respond to support requests;
analyse App usage and performance;
diagnose crashes and technical problems;
improve features and functionality;
prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers only when necessary to operate the App.
These providers may include:
Google AdMob – advertising and advertising measurement;
Google Firebase – analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration;
Google Play – App distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and payment processing;
Base44 and relevant application infrastructure providers – delivery and operation of parts of the App;
professional advisers, regulators, courts, or public authorities where required by law.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies, contractual terms, and applicable law.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

Hydration records, goals, drink preferences, reminder settings, and other locally stored App information remain on your device until you:
delete or reset the data;
clear the App’s storage;
uninstall the App.
Exported files, including PDF reports, remain in the location selected by you until you delete them.
We do not control copies of files that you save to external storage, send to another person, or upload to another service.
Premium entitlement information may be retained for as long as necessary to verify and provide access to Premium functionality.
Purchase and subscription records processed by Google Play are retained by Google according to Google’s own policies and applicable legal requirements.
Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the support request is resolved.
They may be retained for longer where necessary to:
comply with legal obligations;
resolve disputes;
prevent fraud;
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Analytics, advertising, consent, crash-reporting, and diagnostic information is retained according to:
our service configuration;
the retention settings available in the relevant service;
the retention practices of the applicable service provider.
We do not retain a separate permanent copy of this information unless it is necessary for security, technical support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Where information is under our direct control, we will delete or anonymise it within 30 days after receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, unless a longer retention period is required for:
legal compliance;
fraud prevention;
security;
accounting or tax obligations;
dispute resolution;
the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, security logs, or technical systems until it is securely overwritten or deleted through the normal system lifecycle.
Because the App does not require an account, users can delete locally stored App information by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.

Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

However, no application, network, or electronic storage method is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If we become aware that a child has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Where required, the relevant service providers use legal safeguards designed to protect information transferred internationally.
These safeguards may include contractual protections and other transfer mechanisms permitted under applicable data protection laws.
