Frequently Asked Questions
Why did my previous information disappear?
Water Intake Tracker stores information only on your device. Information may be removed if you uninstall the app, clear its storage, or use Clear All Data.
Why am I not receiving reminders?
Check that:
• Reminders are enabled inside the app
• Notification permission is enabled in Android Settings
• Battery-saving settings are not restricting the app
• The selected start time, end time, and frequency are correct
Does the app require internet?
No. Water tracking, history, settings, and local reminders work offline.
Can my information be restored?
The app does not currently provide cloud backup or account-based recovery.
