Welcome to the Just Pour! game! The following Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of the Just Pour! app and any services provided via its official website (collectively known as the “Just Pour! Game Services”).
Before using the Just Pour! Game Services, please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter “this Agreement”) carefully. Users under the age of 18 must review this Agreement with a guardian and may use the Just Pour! Game Services only after obtaining the guardian’s consent to both the use of the game services and to all the terms of this Agreement.
1. Just Pour! Game Services and Service Website
1.1 When accessing the Just Pour! Game Services over a mobile network, you may incur mobile data charges. Please consult your telecommunications provider for details.
1.2 The app, service website, and all web pages are owned or controlled by us from time to time and are provided to offer you information regarding the Just Pour! Game Services and to facilitate your use of such services.
1.3 Your authorization to access and use the Just Pour! Game Services and related content is conditioned upon your strict compliance with these Terms of Service.
2. Our Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 “We” refers to the operator(s) of the Just Pour! Game Services and/or our affiliated companies that provide these services under this Agreement.
2.2 We may, at our sole discretion:
a)Change, modify, suspend, add, or remove any features or functions of the Just Pour! Game Services (including, but not limited to, adjusting game rules, removing game items, the effects of game items, mission completion conditions, and game controls), impose or set usage restrictions, and simultaneously suspend or terminate the Just Pour! Game Services;
b)Temporarily suspend the Just Pour! Game Services at any time for system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and/or repairs without notice;
c)Restrict or suspend your access to the Just Pour! Game Services if, in our judgment, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Service, without prior notice;
d)In our sole discretion, expand, reduce, remove, cancel, and/or modify any part of the Just Pour! Game Services and/or any related content (including any data, information, images, audiovisual content, apps, downloadable files, or other multimedia content available through or appearing on the service website) if we determine that such content violates any applicable laws, regulations, or directives, or is otherwise unacceptable.
3. Your Responsibilities
3.1 You agree to:
a)Use the Just Pour! Game Services and access the related content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as authorized by these Terms of Service;
b)Comply with all applicable laws and any operational or usage guidelines that may be amended from time to time;
c)Report any violations of these Terms of Service to us;
d)When providing content to the Just Pour! Game Services:
i.Only submit content that does not infringe upon the rights (including intellectual property rights) of others or violate any laws;
ii.Ensure that any content you provide is neither pornographic nor defamatory;
iii.Grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use the content you provide.
iv.You acknowledge that if we determine any content provided by you violates these Terms of Service, we may, at our sole discretion, remove such content.
3.2 You further agree not to:
a)Use the Just Pour! Game Services for commercial purposes;
b)Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Just Pour! Game Services or the software included therein, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of such software, unless expressly prohibited by law;
c)Restrict or inhibit any other person’s use of the Just Pour! Game Services, including by “hacking” or otherwise interfering with any part of the game services or service website;
d)Utilize plug-ins, cheat programs, automated software (bots), hacking programs, game mods, or any unauthorized computer programs designed to alter the Just Pour! Game or distribute its functions among multiple users;
e)Disrupt or interfere with the Just Pour! Game Services or the servers or networks connected to the game;
4. Acknowledgment
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that:
a)The information provided via the Just Pour! app and service website is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties or conditions (whether statutory or under common law), including, without limitation, any warranties regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, reliability, security, timeliness, or protection against computer viruses. We assume no liability for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or inaccuracies in the information;
b)The Just Pour! app and/or service website may contain materials provided by third parties and hyperlinks to external websites. We do not endorse or approve such materials or links. As these external websites are beyond our control, their privacy, security, or content standards may not align with our own. The presence of third-party materials or external links does not constitute any form of partnership, endorsement, or representation by us regarding the content of such websites. Any communication or transactions you have with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such transactions or from content displayed via the Just Pour! Game Services and/or service website;
c)We may automatically download and install updates, upgrades, and additional features via the app distribution platform. When new updates, upgrades, or features become available, we are not obliged to maintain or provide previous versions, even if your device does not support the updated services;
d)We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other harm (including consequential losses, loss of business, or data loss) resulting from your use, misuse, inability to use, or reliance on the Just Pour! Game Services or any content, including information transmitted via the app or service website, third-party materials, or external website content, regardless of whether such losses are based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages;
e)We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the integrity, accuracy, utility, continuity, performance, smoothness, or timeliness of the Just Pour! Game Services, app, or service website;
f)When accessing web pages or websites linked from the Just Pour! Game Services, you may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions. In such cases, these Terms of Service, together with the additional terms, will apply concurrently. In the event of any conflict, the additional terms shall prevail;
g)We retain all intellectual property rights and copyrights in the Just Pour! Game Services and the content on the service website, including computer source code, graphics, user interfaces, audiovisual content, and the overall compilation of such elements. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved;
h)Your use of the Just Pour! Game Services or any related content does not grant you any intellectual property rights or licenses;
i)Unless expressly stated otherwise, any enhancements or upgrades to the Just Pour! Game Services are subject to these Terms of Service;
j)We may, at any time and by any means, install software on any computer and/or mobile device used to access the Just Pour! Game Services to monitor the download, copying, storage, recording, distribution, sharing, or redirection of any content.
5. Software License
5.1 We may periodically require you to download the Just Pour! app and/or related software. Hereby, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, operate, and use the software on your computer and/or mobile device in accordance with these Terms of Service and any accompanying software license, but not for any further or additional use.
5.2 You agree to download and install the software on your computer and/or mobile device solely for accessing and/or installing the Just Pour! Game Services. You may not sublicense, transfer, lease, or distribute the software or your rights to use the software to any third party.
5.3 You acknowledge that if you fail to successfully download and install the software, we may refuse to provide you with the Just Pour! Game Services.
6. Personal Information
6.1 We collect, process, disclose, retain, or use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the service website and/or within the Just Pour! app.
6.2 If we request your personal information, you may refuse to provide it; however, we may then be unable to offer you the Just Pour! Game Services and/or related content.
6.3 You must provide us with the necessary data regarding you and your use of the Just Pour! Game Services, for purposes including:
a)Assisting us in fulfilling our legal obligations and reporting to any governmental or regulatory authorities;
b)Evaluating whether you have, are, or can continue to fulfill your obligations under these Terms of Service.
6.4 We may employ third-party advertising companies to track and/or evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements on the Just Pour! Game Services, service website, and other websites. Such companies may use information about your visit to these services and websites (excluding your name, address, email, telephone number, or any data that could identify you personally) to assess advertising effectiveness and to deliver advertisements for products or services you might be interested in.
6.5 You agree that we may collect, use, store, display, and share your game data and other information—including login data, usage statistics, device type, system information, network connection details, data consumption, and location—with third parties for the purpose of product development and improvement.
7. In App Purchase Terms
7.1 Through the App you may purchase certain goods and special features designed to enhance the performance and user experience of the Services (“Goods”). Goods are provided “as is” without any warranty.
7.2 Just Pour! is not responsible for payment or payment processing for any purchases; these are handled by third-party payment providers or service providers (such as Apple's iOS store and Google's Google Play store, etc.). Some third-party service providers may charge you sales tax, depending on where you live. Please check the relevant terms of the third-party service provider for details.
7.3 Every purchase, sale, and trade of Goods shall be final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by us at our sole discretion.
7.4 You agree that purchased Goods have no monetary value and do not constitute actual currency or property of any type. The Goods may never be sold, transferred, traded or exchanged through any legally acceptable payment method, goods or other items of monetary value from us or anyone else. You only get a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use Goods. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in or to the Goods. Any balance of Goods does not reflect any stored value.
7.5 You may not buy or sell any Goods in exchange for legally acceptable money or otherwise exchange items for any other kind of value through any means other than that established to provide the Services. Once you acquire Goods, you may not trade or transfer the Goods to another user, unless such functionality is provided to you by us by way of a feature or service, whether inside the App or through some other method.
7.6 We may manage, control, regulate, modify or eliminate Goods at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. We shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that we decide to exercise these rights.
7.7 If the Just Pour! Game Services on your device are suspended or terminated for any reason, all Products may be forfeited at our sole discretion. You will not receive any payment or other compensation for unused Products, regardless of whether such suspension or termination is voluntary or involuntary.
8. Indemnification
8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our employees, suppliers, distributors, Just Pour! licensors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, losses, legal actions, or other proceedings (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
a)You or others use the Meow Meow Hospital Tycoon services, related content, service websites and/or related software through your computer or mobile device; or
b)Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
8.2 The obligations under Section 8.1 shall survive the termination of our agreement with you regarding the Just Pour! Game Services and/or related content.
9. Our Liability
9.1 The following terms set forth the limitations of liability for us and our licensors in relation to (a) breaches of these Terms of Service and (b) any representations, statements, or omissions (including negligence) arising from these Terms of Service.
9.2 Except as otherwise provided by local law, these Terms of Service do not include any implied warranties, conditions, or other terms implied by statute or common law.
9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our licensors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm (including those caused by third parties) resulting from your use, misuse, inability to access or use, or reliance on the Just Pour! Game Services, or from any interruption, suspension, or termination thereof, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or any other legal theory—even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This limitation of liability also applies to any costs incurred for obtaining substitute services, lost revenue, or data loss. This limitation further applies to our fulfillment or non-fulfillment of any legal obligations under these Terms of Service.
9.4 We shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses or damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, or other losses), costs, expenses, or any other claims, regardless of the legal theory on which such claims are based.
9.5 In any event, if you bring any claim against us (including claims based on contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or any other theory), our total aggregate liability shall not exceed One Hundred (100) U.S. dollars.
10.Child Sexual Abuse Content (CSAM)
10.1 Just Pour! has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation and/or sexualization involving children. We continuously evaluates and improves its policies, systems, and practices to uphold the highest standards of child safety. We aim to make our platform a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
10.2 Just Pour! uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited. Prohibited Activities include but are not limited to actions such as:
(a) Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
i.Creating or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
ii.Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors.
iii.Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form.
(b) Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving MinorsThreats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.
i.Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
ii.Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
iii.Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.
10.3 Cases involving minor abuse may be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law and will result in immediate removal of the content. We urge all users to report any suspicious or inappropriate content or behavior related to CSAE.
11. Termination of Services
11.1 We may terminate the Just Pour! Game Services and/or any related content at any time without prior notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Just Pour! Game Services without notice if:
a)You have not used your Just Pour! game service for more than one year;
b)You violate these Terms of Service;
c)We suspect fraudulent or improper use of virtual currency, virtual items, or any other content;
d)We suspect any illegal activities associated with your use of the Just Pour! Game Services;
e)It is necessary to protect the Just Pour! Game Services, our systems, the app, other users, or our reputation.
12. Changes to These Terms of Service
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice, in order to comply with legal requirements, changes in our business relationships, or modifications to the Just Pour! Game Services provided to you. If you do not agree to the modified terms, please discontinue your use of the Just Pour! Game Services.
12.2 Any updated version of these Terms of Service shall supersede and replace the previous version, and the previous version shall immediately terminate upon the effective date of the updated terms.
13. General Provisions
13.1 If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision, or any part thereof, shall be severed from these Terms of Service and the remainder shall be modified to reflect the original intent as closely as possible. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.2 You agree to comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction, including all applicable export laws, ancillary regulations, rules, and orders relating to goods, services, computer software, and technical data, regardless of where you reside. In using the Just Pour! Game Services, you are subject to the local laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
13.3 The servers for the Just Pour! Game Services and service website are located in various regions, including but not limited to Singapore. You agree and acknowledge that the data you provide, including sensitive personal data, may be voluntarily transferred to these regions.
13.4 These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements (including any previous terms and conditions).
13.5 No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Just Pour!.
