I was able to turn it on before I started my premium trial, so I'm sure it's not that. I think I know what the problem is! did you turn on notifications on your fitbit? That may be why it's not showing the health and wellness reminders. This is the Health and wellness reminders sectionIt should show underneath Reminders to moveI figured out how to add pictures now. I think the step that you guys are missing is turning on notifications. If you click on notifications, you have to enable those and then you should be able to have health and wellness reminders.

Another one with the same issue here. I just don't seem to have the health & wellness reminders page that Taylor kindly posted, and I do have notifications enabled. Very frustrating and disappointing. I may send my back if I can't resolve this

Hi @GerryBridgnell. Thank you for sharing your Feature Suggestion with the Fitbit Community. Let us explain that there is already a water tile in the Fitbit app that allows you to set a daily goal, log your water intake and track your progress. If you have a Premium membership, you can set health and wellness reminders to drink water throughout the day.

I'm currently testing 4 different habit tracking apps (from play store) and 2 of them have a push notification that notifies me to drink water several times a day and the ability to add one glass of water at a time. My Charge 2 doesn't have that option. I really wish Fitbit would incorporate more "habit" reminders than they currently offer and I'd be DELIGHTED to pay for premium. I'll have my Fitbit Versa 3 end of the week and I look forward to re-investigating what Fitbit has to offer...currently I'm also using My Fitness Pal because the food logging portion is superior to Fitbits...would be nice to have it all in one app but I do love my Fitbit tracking devices and I'm grateful that MFP & Fitbit, communicate.

HI @ashreemay - for Versa and Sense watches try different clock faces from the Gallery, such as SimpleClockPro which has drink reminders and multiple move reminders directly on the watch face and configurable with it's own settings, it may give you exactly what you want.

Yes please make a water reminder. I had surgery and it would be extremely beneficial to have a reminder to drink my water. I struggle with meeting my water goal everyday and having a notification populate to assist me in making sure I stay hydrated would be so amazing.

Hi @mortonboots, thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about adding water reminders. I've moved it into a similar request. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. Click on the thumbs-up to show your support.

Install the Android app 'water drink reminder'. Maybe it's also on ios. Set it up as you want and you will get hourly reminders for instance. Then in your Fitbit device settings choose this app under the notifications and it will pop up on your device.

I'd love to get water reminders (similar vibration to the move reminders), perhaps with the ability to set the frequency? (eg. every 15/30/45/60mins) I'm not particularly interested in tracking how much water I drink.

@LizzyFitbitHonestly, it's a bit ridiculous that hydration reminders are locked inside the Premium membership. Every human needs water, just like every human needs to move. Why is water more "premium" than movement?

Hi @oriziv5, this is working for me in 2023.9.2 - in fact, I just got a notification moments ago. Was this working for your previous to updating? Can you please provide info from your traces for this automation? And filter your logs for anything regarding the drink water automation to post any relevant logs here?

I normally forget about drinking water or to engrossed in my work. I've tried apps for reminders but my phone does not always get my attention. I got an apple watch last week to replace my Fitbit last week and stumbled across this app in looking for fitness apps that give the best apple watch experience and I love it. The watch app gives me the needed reminders and makes it easy to register immediately. [...]

Highly recommended!!

I got this app before but somewhere along I stopped tracking my water intake daily because I love to drink water and I was working out every day and figured that I was drinking enough. Several weeks ago I decided to start tracking again as I would forget to drink water at times so went to look for an app. [...]I really like this app and it is one of the BEST apps I have ever used and would RECOMMEND it highly.

I was searching for a water minder app for a long time and finally I found what I was looking for. Really good Apple Watch support, almost everything can be configured to my drinking habits therefore easy to add drinks. I still use it after weeks so it definitely worth for the price. ff782bc1db
