Committees



Fundraising Committee: Members will organize and oversee the various activities held throughout the school year to raise money for the PTO. They will also brainstorm new ideas for future fundraising. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reaching out to organizations, creating necessary flyers, being present at events, and being accountable for monies earned. This is a committee that will need to run throughout the school year.

Talent Show Committee: Members will work closely with the chairperson to set talent show acts, set up and clean up, send flyers home, as well as be present for bouquet sales and cast party after the show. Members will be asked to help with ticket sales and marshaling acts during rehearsals and the show itself. This committee will run from approximately December to April.

Dance Committee: Members will be needed to organize ticket sales, flyers to send home, locating a DJ, and organizing snacks and beverages for students, as well as be present for set up and clean up. Time commitment for this event is primarily in the Spring.

Holiday Shop Committee: Members will be expected to reach out to the vendor for holiday shop items, organize volunteers, create flyers to send home, as well as set up and cleanup of the event, helping with wrapping and helping students shop during the event. The time commitment necessary is from November to December of the school year.
