Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Banknote application ("the app," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Watch Identifier is an application that uses artificial intelligence to identify watches from photos taken by the user, estimating their brand, model, denomination, rarity, and approximate collector value. The estimates provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, appraisal, or investment advice.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
To use certain features, you may be required to provide information such as your name and email address. We also collect usage data. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://sites.google.com/view/watchidentifier-privacy.
The identifications and value estimates generated by the app are approximate and based on artificial intelligence analysis of images. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate, including any estimated collector value. You should not rely on the app for financial decisions or the actual appraisal, purchase, or sale of banknotes, and you should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to software, text, and design, are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new Terms and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
