These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Watch Faces application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Watch Faces provides a collection of watch face designs, styles, and related customization features for compatible Apple Watch devices.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission.
Circumvent subscription, purchase, or access restrictions.
The App may provide watch face designs, wallpapers, graphics, illustrations, templates, and other visual content ("Content").
Content may be provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute App Content.
Claim App Content as your own.
Use App Content to create competing commercial products without authorization.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
If the App allows you to upload or select your own images or other content, you remain responsible for that content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content you submit.
You must not upload or use content that:
Violates another person's intellectual-property rights.
Contains unlawful or harmful material.
Infringes privacy or publicity rights.
Violates applicable laws or regulations.
We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
Watch Faces may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases that provide access to premium features or Content.
Subscription details, pricing, billing periods, and available offers are displayed within the App or Apple's App Store before purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off in accordance with Apple's subscription management options.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
Certain features or Content may be available only to users with an active subscription or eligible purchase.
We may change, add, or remove free or premium features from time to time.
Changes to features do not automatically entitle users to refunds unless required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
The App, including its software, interface, graphics, designs, logos, text, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or its intellectual property.
The App may rely on Apple's operating system, Apple Watch functionality, the App Store, and other third-party services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those third parties.
We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the App at any time.
We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or version of Apple's operating systems.
We may release updates that are necessary to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always operate without errors.
The App will always be available.
Every watch face will work with every Apple Watch model or software version.
The App will meet every user's specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, should continue after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
