الحساب — عند التسجيل بالبريد الإلكتروني أو حساب Google أو Apple، نخزّن بريدك ومعرّفك عبر Firebase Authentication من Google لإدارة تسجيل الدخول وصلاحيات الاستخدام فقط.
الموقع الجغرافي — يُستخدم على الجهاز فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. لا يُرسل إلى خوادمنا ولا يُخزَّن لدينا.
الميكروفون (التسميع والبحث الصوتي) — لا نسجّل صوتك ولا نحتفظ به ولا نرفعه إلى خوادمنا. لكن بوضوحٍ تام: تعتمد هاتان الميزتان على خدمة التعرّف على الكلام المدمجة في نظام هاتفك (Google غالباً على أندرويد)، ولكي تعمل يُمرَّر صوتك إلى تلك الخدمة وقد تعالجه على خوادمها. هذه معالجةٌ تخضع لسياسة خصوصية مزوّد نظامك لا لسياستنا. إن لم ترغب بذلك، لا تمنح إذن الميكروفون — وسائر التطبيق يعمل دونه.
بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص — نستخدم Firebase Crashlytics لمعرفة الأعطال التي تقع على الأجهزة الحقيقية وإصلاحها. تُرسل عند وقوع عطلٍ فقط، وتشمل: نوع الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، حالة الذاكرة والمساحة، تفاصيل الخطأ التقنية، ومعرّفاً مجهولاً للتثبيت — إضافةً إلى سياقٍ محدودٍ من داخل التطبيق (لغة الواجهة، الشاشة التي كنت فيها، وهل كنت مسجّل الدخول). لا نرسل محتوى قراءتك ولا تسجيلاتك ولا موقعك.
رسائل التواصل — حين ترسل رسالة عبر «تواصل معنا»، يُحفظ نصّها ووقتها في قاعدة بيانات Firestore ليطّلع عليها فريق التطبيق ويردّ عليك.
التحميلات والمحتوى المحفوظ — التلاوات التي تنزّلها وعلاماتك المرجعية وتقدّمك في الحفظ والختمة تُحفظ في تخزين التطبيق على جهازك للعمل دون إنترنت، ولا تُرفع إلى أي مكان.
الإشعارات — تُجدوَل التذكيرات (الأذان، آية اليوم، الأذكار) على جهازك محلياً. لا نرسل إشعاراتٍ من خوادمنا ولا نتتبّع تفاعلك معها.
لتشغيل ميزات التطبيق ولإصلاح أعطاله فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نعرض إعلانات.

يمكنك في أي وقت: حذف حسابك، أو طلب حذف بياناتك بمراسلتنا، أو منع إرسال بيانات الأعطال بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق، أو سحب إذن الموقع أو الميكروفون من إعدادات نظامك.
التطبيق مناسب لكل الأعمار. قسم الأطفال محتوىً للعرض فقط ولا يجمع بياناتٍ إضافية من الطفل.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains the data handled by "Watazawadou".
Account — When you sign in via email, Google, or Apple, we store your email and user ID through Google Firebase Authentication, solely to manage sign-in and access.
Location — Used on-device only to compute prayer times and the Qibla direction. It is never sent to or stored on our servers.
Microphone (recitation-check and voice search) — We do not record, keep, or upload your voice. However, to be explicit: these two features rely on your phone's built-in speech-recognition service (typically Google on Android). For them to work, your audio is passed to that service and may be processed on its servers. That processing is governed by your platform provider's privacy policy, not ours. If you prefer to avoid it, simply do not grant the microphone permission — the rest of the app works without it.
Crash and diagnostic data — We use Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix crashes that happen on real devices. Data is sent only when a crash occurs and includes: device model, OS version, app version, memory and storage state, technical error details, and an anonymous installation identifier — plus limited in-app context (interface language, the screen you were on, and whether you were signed in). We do not send your reading content, your recordings, or your location.
Contact messages — When you send a message through "Contact us", its text and timestamp are stored in Firestore so the team can read and reply to it.
Downloads and saved content — Recitations you download, your bookmarks, and your memorization and khatma progress are stored in the app's storage on your device for offline use, and are not uploaded anywhere.
Notifications — Reminders (adhan, verse of the day, adhkar) are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send notifications from our servers and do not track how you interact with them.
Only to run the app's features and to fix its crashes. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and show no ads.
Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and crash reporting (Crashlytics).
Your device's speech-recognition service — for recitation-check and voice search.
Trusted public Quran/audio sources — King Fahd Complex, mp3quran, everyayah — for streaming and downloads.
At any time you may: delete your account, request deletion of your data by contacting us, stop crash-data collection by uninstalling the app, or revoke location and microphone permissions in your system settings.
The app is suitable for all ages. The Kids section is display-only content and collects no additional data from the child.

كيف تطلب حذف حسابك
الطريقة الأولى (من داخل التطبيق):
افتح التطبيق ← الإعدادات ← تواصل معنا ← اكتب «طلب حذف الحساب» وأرسل.
الطريقة الثانية (بالبريد):
أرسل رسالة إلى watazaaduo@gmail.com من البريد المسجَّل في حسابك،
واكتب في الموضوع «طلب حذف الحساب».
يُنفَّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً على الأكثر.
ما الذي يُحذف
• حساب المستخدم ومعرّفه وبريده الإلكتروني من Firebase Authentication.
• أي رسائل أرسلتها عبر «تواصل معنا».
• أي بيانات مرتبطة بحسابك على خوادمنا.
ما الذي يبقى
• بياناتك المحفوظة على جهازك فقط (العلامات المرجعية، تقدّم الحفظ والختمة،
التلاوات المحمَّلة، الإعدادات) — هذه لا تصل خوادمنا أصلاً، وتُحذف بحذف
التطبيق من جهازك.
• سجلّات الأعطال المجهولة الهوية غير المرتبطة بحسابك، ويحذفها Firebase
Crashlytics تلقائياً خلال 90 يوماً.

How to request account deletion
Option 1 (in the app):
Open the app → Settings → Contact us → write "Delete my account" and send.
Option 2 (by email):
Email watazaaduo@gmail.com from the address registered on your account,
with the subject "Delete my account".
Requests are completed within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
• Your user account, user ID and email address from Firebase Authentication.
• Any messages you sent through "Contact us".
• Any data linked to your account on our servers.
What is kept
• Data stored only on your device (bookmarks, memorization and khatma
progress, downloaded recitations, settings) — this never reaches our
servers and is removed when you uninstall the app.
• Anonymous crash logs not linked to your account, deleted automatically by
Firebase Crashlytics within 90 days.
