This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, collected, used, and shared when you use WASticker - Sticker Maker (“the App”). Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information You Provide and Create

Photos and Media

The App allows you to select photos and images to create and edit stickers. Depending on your device and the feature you use, the App may access selected images through the Android Photo Picker or request Photos and Media permission. This access is used to let you:

• Select photos for sticker creation

• Edit selected images

• Save completed stickers

• Create and manage sticker packs

• Export or share your creations

Photos selected for editing and stickers created by you are processed and stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to a server operated by the App developer. When you choose to export or share a sticker or sticker pack with WhatsApp or another app, the selected content is transferred according to your action and is then handled under the privacy practices of the receiving service.

User-Created Content

Content created through the App may include stickers, sticker packs, draft projects, drawings, text added to stickers, favorites and recent items, and sticker pack names. This user-created content is stored locally on your device and remains available until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App. The App does not provide a public community or upload your sticker creations to a developer-operated cloud account.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and in-app purchases. Depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and how you use the App, these services may automatically process technical information, including:

• Device type, model, operating system, and app version

• Device or app identifiers (including advertising identifiers, where permitted)

• IP address, general device language, and region

• App interactions, feature usage, ad views, and clicks

• Crash reports, diagnostic information, and notification tokens

• Purchase and subscription status

The App does not use analytics, advertising, or diagnostic services to upload the personal photos or sticker projects stored locally on your device.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be processed to:

• Provide sticker creation and editing features

• Save, manage, and export local sticker projects

• Display and measure advertisements

• Diagnose crashes, improve stability, and understand general feature usage

• Send push notifications when enabled

• Process purchases and detect fraud or invalid activity

• Meet legal and platform requirements

4. Advertising & Analytics

Advertising (Google AdMob): AdMob and its partners may process information (like advertising identifiers and IP addresses) to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and provide personalized or non-personalized ads based on your region and consent choices.

Analytics (Google Analytics & Firebase): Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics may collect app interaction data, crash logs, and diagnostic information to help improve the App. This does not include your locally stored photos or sticker projects.

5. Push Notifications & In-App Purchases

Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging may process an app installation identifier to deliver app-related messages. You can disable this via your device settings.

In-App Purchases: Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. The App developer does not receive or store your complete payment card information, only purchase status and transaction tokens to verify features.

6. Permissions

The App may request the following access when needed:

• Photo Picker / Photos and Media Permission: To select images, save stickers, and export packs.

• You can manage these permissions through your Android device settings.

7. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

The App uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play, WhatsApp) that operate under their own privacy policies. Information is shared with these providers solely to facilitate advertising, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and purchases. Information may also be shared if required by law or to protect users and maintain security. The developer does not sell your locally stored photos, stickers, or drafts.

8. Data Retention & Privacy Choices

Locally stored user-created projects remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Because no user account is required, the developer cannot remotely identify or delete your local content. Depending on your region, you may have rights to request data information, manage advertising choices, or withdraw consent. Data processed by third parties is retained according to their specific policies.

9. Children and Mixed Audience

The App is intended for a mixed audience. Where users are identified as children, the App restricts personalized advertising and requests child-appropriate ads. Parents should supervise their children’s use of the App.

10. Security & International Data Processing

Reasonable steps are taken to limit access to necessary information, though no electronic storage is entirely secure. Third-party providers may process information on servers outside your country, subject to applicable legal protections.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. Changes become effective when the revised policy is made available.
