Wasswa Isaiah Kidda
Co-founder and Operations Lead
Isaiah is a highly experienced Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (RMEAL) Specialist and certified Financial Literacy Trainer, with over 14 years in private sector, development and humanitarian contexts, including five years focused on emergency programs for refugee populations in East Africa. His expertise spans various sectors, including health, livelihoods, education, psychosocial support, gender equality, economic wellbeing, and financial literacy, especially for vulnerable groups such as refugees, women, and children.
Being visionary and strategic, Isaiah has successfully managed RMEAL activities for both small and large-scale international projects funded by major development partners, including Education Can’t Wait, The LEGO Foundation, USAID, and MasterCard Foundation among others. Additionally, he holds certifications from the Bank of Uganda and the National Social Security Fund in financial literacy and financial intelligence and is active in professional associations such as the Uganda Evaluation Association, African Evaluation Association, Uganda Financial Literacy Association, and Education in Emergency Working Group, among others. His work emphasizes empowering communities with sustainable financial and management skills while advancing MEL capabilities to demonstrate impactful outcomes.
Isaiah holds an MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in M&E, a Bachelor of Statistics and a Certificate in Global Health M&E. His Hobbies Include Watching detective movies, training, coaching, and collecting financial literacy books.
NSusan Nakiganda
Monitoring, Evaluation and IT Lead
Susan is a Specialist in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning, with over 7 years of both development and emergency (Humanitarian) experience. Her expertise spans education, Child Protection, Health and Nutrition, Livelihoods and Food Security, and Democracy, Rights and Governance (DRG) projects plus private sector experience.
Susan holds a Master’s Degree in Management studies, Majoring in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, both from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Makerere University.
She possesses a proven track record in supporting/ leading assessments and evaluations at different stages of the project life cycle. She has supported the implementation of projects funded by different development partners including Education Cannot Wait (ECW), USAID, ECHO, UNICEF, PPL, NED and BPRM among others.

Natuhwera Mercy
Research and Development Lead
Mercy is a Research Monitoring, Evaluation accountability and Learning (RMEAL) juggernaut and aficionado with over 10 years of experience. She holds a Masters in Management Studies majoring in M&E and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business statistics from Makerere University. Mercy has previously executed high-level assignments at International Rescue Committee, Mildmay Uganda, Building Tomorrow Inc; Child and Family Foundation Uganda.
This experience is in both development and emergency contexts supporting refugee populations in Uganda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. Mercy possesses expertise in education programming: preprimary, primary, secondary, and accelerated education programs (AEPs), Skills-based programs, livelihoods, and health projects with a proven track record in supporting, leading, and managing Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning activities of both small and multi-million-dollar international projects. Mercy has supported the implementation of research projects funded by different development partners including The LEGO Foundation, Educate a Child, USAID and MasterCard Foundation among others.

Mushemeza Conrad

Conrad is a visionary and strategic leader who excels at researching emerging trends and anticipating future market demands. Naturally inquisitive, and constantly exploring new ideas and potential opportunities to drive innovation, a strong skill in product management, as well as a deep understanding of innovation processes, from ideation to execution, Conrad lead the function of CFO and ensures groundbreaking products and solutions to the market in line with our market objectives.
He is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and a postgraduate diploma in MEAL & a Master’s degree in Management Studies. Conrad has over five years of experience in Research and MEAL roles, primarily within NGO and Private Sectors. He has contributed to various MEAL activities, including developing monitoring frameworks, managing data quality, conducting evaluations, and implementing feedback mechanisms to ensure program accountability and effectiveness.
Conrad has hands-on experience in digital tools including Kobo, Salesforce, CommCare, SPSS, STATA and ODK among others. His previous roles include MEAL Coordinator, and MEAL Officer for livelihood programs with the Danish Refugee Council with Save the Children International, Conrad’s skills extend to project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource coordination, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of future research and innovations in complex program environments.
