Wasla (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a logistics coordination platform that connects warehouse managers and drivers for shipment and truck availability management.

• Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, password-related authentication data, company name, warehouse name, and registration number

• Driver information, such as truck number, truck type, load type, availability details, pickup regions, and route-related data

• Invitation and shipment information, such as requested space, scheduled date, pickup address, price, invitation status, delivery approval, and driver rating

• Device and notification data, such as push notification tokens, preferred language, and app-related technical identifiers

• Join request information submitted through the app

• create and manage user accounts

• authenticate users and protect access to the platform

• match warehouse managers with available drivers

• send invitations, updates, and operational notifications

• display route, availability, and shipment information inside the app

• support delivery approval and driver rating workflows

• improve app stability, security, and performance

3. Notifications

Wasla may send push notifications or in-app notifications related to:

• new invitations

• invitation acceptance or rejection

• invitation cancellation

• delivery approval

• account-related operational updates

Users can manage notification permissions through their device settings.

4. Authentication and Security

Wasla uses third-party cloud services for authentication and backend infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS). We take reasonable measures to protect personal data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only as needed with service providers that help operate the app, such as:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Firebase Cloud Messaging / Google services for notifications

• app distribution platforms such as Google Play and Apple App Store

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. User Rights

Users may request updates or corrections to their account information by contacting us. Depending on applicable law, users may also request deletion of their data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Wasla is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
