Wash man, is an ultimate laundry app designed exclusively  for Nigerian commercial laundry operators. We care about your privacy and security of your personnel information. And in line with  our resolution we have developed this Privacy Policy to explain  your privacy rights, particularly regarding how we collect, process, retain, share and protect your personal data when you use our app.

What personal data do we collect?

Sign-up information: When you register to use the services offered on our app, we will collect personal data as necessary to offer and fulfil the services you request. Depending on the services you choose we may require that you provide us with your Name, Email address,   mobile number  and your laundry service provider to create an account.

Home pickup/delivery service: When you request or wishes to deliver home pickup/delivery services we will collect your home/laundry location (if you granted it) to enabled us deliver/respond to your request.

How do we retain personal data?

We retain  personal  data in identifiable  format only for as long as required for our business purpose, with specific reference to service rendered to you. except if you option not to continue doing business with us by deleting your account details.

How do we process personal data?

we collect your personal data to provide you an efficient and secure customer experience. We may process your personal data for the following reasons:

1. Authenticate your access to an account.

2. Communicate with you for our services transaction.

We will not send  unsolicited marketing communication to you by SMS or email.

Sharing your personal data?

We may share your data with other companies that provide services to us.

We may share personal data with third party service providers that perform services and function at our direction and on our behalf.  These third party service providers may for example, provide you with services, verify your identity, assist in processing transactions or send you an SMS or email on our transaction details. Rest assured that we make double sure that these companies have compliant, legal measures in place to ensure security and confidentiality of your personal data.

What are your rights?

 At any time you decided not to do business with us you can delete your account and all the personal data you provided us with, including the one accessed by our third party service providers.

Children's privacy

Our application does not address any one under the age of 13. we do not collect any personal information from children through our application.
