Wash Dat

Wash / Dry / Fold

Once we get your laundry into our laundry center we will wash it with the detergent and optional softener chosen, dry it until completely dry, and then fold it.  When setting up your service you will have the option to specify which of the available detergents and fabric softeners we will use for your laundry.  For drying we do have an optional dryer sheet we can use if you would like.

Pickup and Delivery

We pickup your laundry on your desired weekly scheduled pickup date.   Place your laundry in the supplied bag.  If this is your first pickup please place everything in garbage bags or other similar bags and mark it "Wash Dat".   Place the bags by your front door and we will be by to pick it up sometime between 7 am and 8 pm on the scheduled pickup date.

Delivery will be the next morning at your front door.

If a non-scheduled service is needed please call us to make arrangements.

Delicates

If you have any delicates please place them in a separate bag.  We will wash them on the delicate setting with the detergent of your choice.

Whites

If you have any whites you would like to wash with bleach please place them in a separate bag.  We wash them in a separate washer where we only use bleach.  We do not use bleach in our other washers.

Large Comforters

We process large comforters differently since they need a larger washer and dryer than what we currently have.  There is an additional $20 fee for each large comforter.  We consider comforters that do not fit in a standard washing machine large.  This would include thick King or Queen comforters and some King comforters.  If your comforter does not fit in our washing machine we will call you before we wash it.
