1. Send email to warsawrugbyfestival@gmail.com with intention to enter.

2. Await confirmation email from the Warsaw Frogs with bank details.

3. Pay deposit by January 19th 2018:

Mens Teams EUR 400 (1,700zł) Ladies Teams EUR 200 (This amount is deducted from your final entry fee)

We recommend www.transferwise.com to pay us in Polish Złoty at a good rate (for you and us).

It’s first come, first served and spots fill up fast!

4. Provide team entry form by February 1st, 2019 with photo, logo, and team information for the program.

5. Pay full team entry fee by March 1st, 2019. (If you have late roster additions, we can sort that out later)

6. See you at the event!
