This Privacy Policy explains how Warmup Ladder: Set Builder (“the App”) handles information when you use the App.
Warmup Ladder: Set Builder is designed as a local Android utility for creating, adjusting, saving, analyzing, and comparing progressive warm-up set sequences for strength training.
Warmup Ladder: Set Builder does not collect personal information from users.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, provide your name, email address, phone number, location, or other personally identifying information in order to use its features.
The App does not use an application-operated server or backend to collect user information.
You may enter information necessary to create warm-up ladders, such as:
Target working weight
Starting weight
Weight unit (kg or lb)
Weight increments
Warm-up stages
Repetitions
Percentages
Optional ladder or exercise labels
Saved ladder configurations
This information is used solely to provide the App's functionality, including generating and editing warm-up ladders, calculating warm-up metrics, saving configurations, maintaining applicable local history, and comparing ladders.
This information is processed locally on your device.
It is not intentionally transmitted to an application-operated server.
Warmup Ladder: Set Builder may store information locally on your device so that features such as saved ladders, history, preferences, and app state can continue to work between sessions.
Depending on the final implementation, locally stored information may include:
Saved warm-up ladders
Recent ladder history
Ladder names or exercise labels you enter
Target and stage configurations
Preferred weight unit
Preferred weight increment
Other relevant app preferences
First-use or interface state
This information remains within the App's local storage on your device and is used only to provide the App's functionality.
The App does not provide cloud synchronization or online backup operated by us.
Please note that the Android operating system or device manufacturer may independently provide device-level backup or restoration functionality depending on your device and system settings. Such operating-system services are outside the App's own data processing.
Warm-up calculations are performed locally on your device.
These may include calculations such as:
Warm-up stage percentages
Weight progression
Weight differences between stages
Repetition totals
Stage volume
Total warm-up volume
Final warm-up percentage
Ladder comparisons
The App does not send these calculations to an external server for processing.
Warmup Ladder: Set Builder is designed to function without requesting Android runtime permissions.
The App does not require access to sensitive device capabilities such as:
Location
Camera
Microphone
Contacts
Phone or call logs
SMS
Photos or media
Nearby devices
Bluetooth
Health data
The production application should not request such permissions unless its functionality and this Privacy Policy are updated accordingly.
The core App is designed to operate fully offline.
It does not require an account, backend, cloud service, or external API to create, calculate, edit, save, or compare warm-up ladders.
The App itself does not intentionally transmit warm-up ladder information or other locally stored App data to us.
Warmup Ladder: Set Builder does not integrate analytics or advertising SDKs.
We do not use the App to:
Track your activity for advertising
Build advertising profiles
Serve personalized advertisements
Sell App usage information
Collect analytics about how you use the App
If these practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated accordingly.
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, cloud-storage, authentication, or fitness-tracking services as part of its core functionality.
Certain user-initiated actions may ask Android to open another application installed on your device. For example:
Contact Us may open your chosen email application with the support email address prepared for you.
Rate Us may open the App's Google Play listing using Google Play or another compatible application.
When you choose to leave Warmup Ladder and interact with another application or service, that third party's own privacy practices and terms apply to your interaction with that service.
Warmup Ladder does not control the privacy practices of those external applications.
We do not sell, rent, or share warm-up ladder data or other information entered into the App with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Because the App's user-created data is processed and stored locally as described above, we do not operate a server that receives this information.
A user-initiated action that opens another application, such as composing an email, is controlled by the user and the selected external application.
Locally saved information remains on your device until it is deleted through applicable App functionality, cleared through Android's application settings, or removed when the App is uninstalled, subject to any independent device or operating-system backup mechanisms.
Where supported by the relevant feature, the App allows users to delete saved ladders and history entries and to clear applicable history.
Because Warmup Ladder does not require an account and does not maintain an application-operated cloud database containing this data, there is no online account or corresponding server-side user profile to delete.
Warmup Ladder is designed to minimize privacy risks by keeping its core calculations and user-created ladder information on the device rather than transmitting that information to an application-operated server.
However, no device, software application, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The security of locally stored information may also depend on your Android device, operating-system configuration, device access controls, backups, and other software installed on your device.
Warmup Ladder: Set Builder is a general strength-training utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an application-operated server.
If the App's intended audience or functionality changes in a way that introduces additional requirements concerning children, the App and this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
Warmup Ladder is a warm-up set planning and calculation utility.
The App does not connect to Health Connect or other health platforms and does not collect medical records, biometric information, diagnoses, or other health information through such services.
Values entered into the warm-up ladder are used to perform the strength-training calculations and organizational functions described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or services change.
When changes are made, the revised policy will include an updated Last Updated date.
If a future version introduces data collection, additional permissions, third-party SDKs, online services, or other materially different data practices, the Privacy Policy and applicable disclosures should be updated before or when those changes become effective.
