We began in 2021 as a modest micro-bakery with a simple vision: to create delicious vegan and vegetarian pastries for our community. What started as a passion project soon became a growing wholesale business.

Our journey has been filled with challenges and lessons, but through it all, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to quality, creativity, and care. We remain a close-knit team, working side by side every day, and we believe that our size is our strength — it allows us to stay personal, hands-on, and truly artisanal.
