Selected March 13, 2026, at Old Forester Distillery in Louisville, barrel C677 was filled November 24, 2021, and matured in Warehouse G, Floor 4. It came off the rack at 129.2 proof and will be bottled at a smooth, approachable 100 proof.
Expect bold banana, toasted oak, chocolate, and dried fruit on the nose; chocolate-covered banana, brown sugar, and a hint of peanut brittle on the palate; and a medium-to-long finish with toasted oak, baking spices, and an elegant return of dried fruit. Overall, it’s a beautifully balanced pour that leans toward rich fruit and sweetness.

A $25 donation reserves one bottle.
A $50 donation reserves two bottles.
On release day, provide your name and purchase your reserved bottle(s) from Poinsett Beverage at MSRP.
Supporters who reserve and purchase two or more bottles may buy one additional bottle at shelf price—with no extra reservation fee—for two weeks after release.
