The Warehouse Theatre's Fall Intensives are the best way to break into the new school year by breaking a leg on stage. Specifically designed for students in K5 through 12th grade, these workshop-style, technique-focused sessions are led by experienced professionals. While they may be focused on acting technique, it's not all work and no "play" – they're a great way to hone performance skills before showcasing them in production for friends and family.

Theatre intensives at The Warehouse Theatre combine two important things:
Producing a show
Building acting skills and performance techniques
We begin every rehearsal with learning a new skill, and we spend rehearsal applying the skills we learned. When it's time to put on the show, actors are ready to do their best work in front of an audience.

Description: This intensive is designed for young or beginning performers to “find their light” on stage! Our production team will introduce students to the fun, creativity, and basics of theatre all while teaching them several numbers, scenes, and monologues around our theme of magic!

Description: Sequel to the beloved Junie B. Jones musical, Junie B.'s Essential Survival Guide to School follows the spunky heroine's journey to writing the ultimate guide to surviving first grade. This intensive is for students who want to deep dive into musical theatre in order to become more well-rounded performers. Our focus for this intensive will be audition tips and feedback, sharpening up your choreography, emoting, and “acting well your part”!

Description: This intensive is for students who want to explore various genres of theatre in order to become more well-rounded performers. Our genre for the fall 2023 intensive is “Whodunnit?!” which will focus on physical comedy, comedic timing, developing suspense, and more! There will be three weeks of rehearsal and the fourth week is tech/opening.
