This Privacy Policy describes how Wardrobe Planner ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application.
By using Wardrobe Planner, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
When you sign in with Google, we collect:
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile photo URL
This information is used to create and manage your account and enable cloud sync.
To provide wardrobe planning functionality, you may enter:
- Child's name
- Date of birth
- Clothing sizes (top, bottom, shoe)
- Height
- Seasonal clothing checklists and item details
Photos: Photos are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers.
We automatically collect:
- App usage events (screens viewed, features used)
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Crash reports and error logs
If you subscribe to Premium, our payment processor collects:
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Transaction dates and prices
For non-Premium users, our advertising partner may collect:
- Device advertising identifiers
- IP-based location data
- Ad interaction data
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the wardrobe planning service
- Sync your data across devices when signed in
- Process Premium subscriptions
- Display relevant advertisements to non-Premium users
- Analyze app usage to improve functionality
- Diagnose crashes and technical issues
- Send clothing size check reminders (if notifications are enabled)

- Cloud data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and protected by Firebase security rules requiring authentication.
- Local data is stored in an on-device SQLite database.
- Photos are stored locally on your device only.
- All network communication uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Wardrobe Planner is a tool for parents to manage their children's wardrobes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All children's data (names, sizes, birth dates) is entered and managed by the parent or guardian who owns the account.
We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with:
- Google Firebase — for cloud storage, authentication, analytics, and crash reporting
- Google AdMob — for serving advertisements
- RevenueCat — for processing subscriptions
- As required by law — to comply with legal obligations
- Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
- You can delete individual children and their associated data within the app.
- To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app or on this page. Changes are effective when posted.
