To get the Ember Evolution Stone, you will have to buy it in the store with real money. I do not suggest buying it, as you will get stronger dragons along the way.

You need to be in a team with ATLAS ACCESS.

To submit a ticket, go into settings, which is the small gear icon above the mailbox.

Go to SETTINGS, biggest gear on top, and then hit SETTINGS&HELP.

This will bring up another menu. From there, hit the pencil and paper icon (top right for apple) and then write your ticket.
