Chef James Moulson presents
Shin of Beef Bourguignon with brown rice miso
Boeuf Bourguignon is one of France’s great dishes - once a humble, rustic staple, now a timeless culinary classic. Slow-braised beef, rich and comforting, has earned worldwide acclaim and remains a firm favourite.
French and Japanese flavours complement each other beautifully here, with umami-rich brown rice miso adding depth, flavour, and complexity to this traditional dish.
Braised pearl barley with King oyster mushrooms
Pearl barley braised until tender, infused with the rich, meaty flavour of King oyster mushrooms. Earthy, hearty, and comforting - a wholesome dish full of depth and warmth. A refined rustic alternative to potatoes, rice, or pasta
Flash fried Bok Choy with ginger, garlic & soy
Tender, crisp bok choy leaves and crunchy stalks are quickly stir-fried to perfection, soaking up the fragrant aroma of fresh garlic and zingy ginger. A drizzle of savoury soy sauce brings the flavours together, making it the perfect light and flavourful accompaniment to any rich, comforting dish.
