This Privacy Policy describes how Wappcess (“the App,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Content you provide. Text and choices you enter in the App (for example, messages you paste or type for analysis, goals, tone preferences, and similar inputs used to generate or review message suggestions).
Device and technical data. Basic technical information needed to run the App (such as app version, general device/OS type where required for stability or support).
Usage-related data. Locally stored preferences or counters related to feature usage, where implemented in the App.
Configuration / remote services. Where we use services such as Firebase (e.g. Remote Config) or similar, those providers may process technical or configuration data according to their own policies.
We do not ask you to provide special categories of sensitive personal data. Please avoid pasting information you do not want processed by the App or by third-party services described below.
We use the information above to:
Provide core features (message creation, analysis, tone guidance, and related tools).
Improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand how the App is used in aggregate.
Deliver configuration updates and operate backend or cloud components that support the App.
To offer AI-assisted features, text you submit may be sent to third-party AI or API providers configured for the App. Those providers process such content only as needed to generate responses. We do not control their infrastructure; you should review their terms and privacy policies.We may use Google Firebase and related services for configuration, analytics, or app infrastructure as implemented in the App.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Some data may be stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
If you use the App from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.
