Bomera Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the WAp Analyzer mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Imported chat files: When you choose to import a WhatsApp chat export, we process the file to display messages and generate statistics and analysis.
Support communications: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:
Device type and operating system version
App version and language settings
Basic usage and performance data
Crash reports and diagnostic logs
This information helps us maintain and improve the App.

Import, display, and manage chat exports you provide

Imported chat data is stored locally on your device. Under normal operation, your imported conversations and related analysis are not uploaded to our servers.
You can delete imported chats through the App at any time. Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored data from your device.

Imported chats remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.

Technical and diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Because imported data is stored on your device, you are also responsible for keeping your device secure.
You can:
Choose which chat files to import, or choose not to import any
Delete imported chats at any time within the App
Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.

If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable local laws. Device-stored data remains on your device unless you choose to share it with us directly (for example, via email).
