Riley (looking around nervously): Um. I don’t like this. It’s too quiet. Is this broken?

Guide: No color. No sound. No light. But even then… God was there.
💡 Scene 2 – Let There Be Light
Narrator: “And God said, ‘Let there be light.’”
Guide (big voice): And BOOM! (Everyone act blinded dramatically.)

Kids: IT WAS GOOD!
Guide: Day Two! (Hold up two fingers — kids copy.)
🌿 Scene 4 – Land & Plants (Movement Moment)
Guide: Day Three — things get WILD. God gathered the water so dry land could appear!
Riley (jumping): Solid ground! Finally!
Guide: Then plants burst out of the earth! Show me your tallest tree! (Kids stretch tall.) Now your tiniest flower! (Kids crouch small.) Fruit trees. Grass. Jungle vines everywhere! And what did God say?
Kids: IT WAS GOOD!

Guide (gentle): God formed people. And breathed His breath into them. Everyone take a deep breath. That breath? That’s a gift from God. God made people in His image. Different from animals. Created for relationship. Then God looked at everything. And this time He said…

Kids: VERY GOOD!

Riley (thoughtful): So everything started perfect?
Guide: Yes.
Riley: Then… why isn’t everything perfect now?
(Pause. Let that sit.)
Guide: Because sometimes people make wild messes… But God always has a wild rescue. And that is a story for tomorrow, and when life feels wild…

Guide or Narrator: and guess what God made you! I want you guys to know and remember that you are made in the image of God, and he made each of you special. Say it with me- GOD MADE ME

🌧 Scene 1 – Uh Oh… The World Got Wild
(Jungle noises. Guide enters excited.)
Guide: Explorers! Remember how God made the world? Light! Trees! Animals! People! And it was VERY good! But… something changed. People stopped listening to God.
Riley (shrugging): Eh. We don’t need instructions. We’ll just do whatever we want!
Guide:
That’s exactly what happened. Instead of being kind — people were mean. Instead of sharing — they were selfish. Instead of thanking God — they ignored Him. The world got messy. Wild in the wrong way.
Narrator (if used): “The Lord saw how great the wickedness had become.”
Guide (softly): It broke God’s heart. But there was one man who still trusted God.
All (cue kids):
NOAH!
Noah steps forward.
🛠 Scene 2 – Build WHAT?!
Guide: One day, God told Noah something surprising.
Narrator: “Make yourself an ark.”
Riley: A what now?
Guide: An ark. A giant boat.
Riley (looking around wildly): Do you see an ocean? A lake? A swimming pool?!
Noah (calm): God said a flood is coming.
Riley (dramatic gasp): From the SKY?!
Noah: Yes.
Riley (to kids): Would YOU build a boat in the middle of dry land?
(Let kids respond.)
Guide: It probably didn’t make sense. But Noah trusted God.
Noah (nods): If God says build, I build.
(Noah begins exaggerated slow hammering. Make it funny and dramatic.)
Guide: He built… And built… And built…
Riley (wiping fake sweat from Noah’s head): You’re still building?!
Guide: For YEARS.
The Bible says:
Narrator: “Noah did everything just as God commanded him.”
🐘 Scene 3 – The Animal Parade (High Energy)
Guide: Then God said, “Bring animals into the ark. Two of every kind.”
Riley: Two?! Of EVERY kind?! That’s a zoo!
Guide (to kids): Let’s help Noah. When I point to you, shout an animal!

Riley: How is Noah going to catch them all?!

Riley: They just… walked in?!
Noah (gesturing grandly): This way, please!
Guide: When God tells you to obey, He helps you obey. Finally, everyone was inside. And then…
Narrator: “The Lord shut him in.”
(Pause for effect.)
🌧 Scene 4 – SO. MUCH. RAIN.
Guide: Then it started to rain. Let’s make rain sounds! (Kids pat knees softly.) Harder! (Get louder.) Forty days. Forty nights. That’s more than a month!
Riley (pretending to feel the rain): It’s still raining?!
Guide: Water covered the ground. Covered the trees. Covered the mountains. But the ark floated safely. Inside were people and animals. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting.
Riley (small voice): What if God forgot them?
Narrator: “But God remembered Noah.”
Guide (warmly): God never forgets His people. Even when you’re scared. Even when you’re waiting. Even when life feels stormy.
🌬 Scene 5 – Finally!
Guide: The rain stopped. God sent a wind. The water slowly went down. After many months, the ark rested on dry land.
Noah (deep breath): We’re safe. (All step forward like exiting ark.)
Narrator: Do you know what Noah did first? Did he build a house? Did he take a nap? No. He thanked God.
Noah (bowing head briefly): Thank You for saving us.
🌈 Scene 6 – The First Rainbow
Guide: Then God made a promise. Never again would He flood the whole earth. And He put a sign in the sky.
Riley (looking up): Whoa… what’s that?
Guide: A rainbow. Big. Bright. Beautiful. The first one ever.
Guide (to kids): What do rainbows remind us of? (Let kids answer.) God keeps His promises.
❤️ Scene 7 – The Bigger Rescue
Guide: Here’s the most important part. The story of Noah isn’t just about animals and boats. It’s about rescue. People still sin today. We still choose selfishness. We still mess up. We still need rescue. And God didn’t send another ark. He sent Jesus. The ark saved Noah from the flood. Jesus saves us from sin. That’s the biggest rescue ever.
🎉 Big Finish
Guide: When you see a rainbow, remember: God keeps His promises. God remembers you. God saves! And he saves you! (salvation night?)

(All three start walking in place.)
Riley: Are we there yet?
Abraham: No.

Abraham: No.
Riley: Now??
Abraham (smiling): Still no.
Guide: Abraham kept going. Because even when he didn’t know the plan… He trusted the One who did.
🌍 Scene 4 – The Big Promise
Guide: When Abraham arrived, God made him a HUGE promise.
Narrator: “I will make you into a great nation… and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

Abraham (quiet but strong): I believe You.
Narrator: “Abraham believed the Lord.”
😂 Scene 8 – The Laugh
Guide: More years passed. Abraham got VERY old.
Riley: Like… how old?
Guide: Almost 100.
Riley: WHAT?
Guide: And God said… “You’re going to have a baby.”
(Pause. Riley laughs hard.)
Riley: A BABY?! At 100?!
Abraham (laughing too, shaking head): That sounds impossible.
🙌 Scene 9 – Promise Kept
Guide: But God keeps His promises. One year later…They had a baby boy.
Abraham (overjoyed): A son!
Guide: His name was Isaac. And his family grew… And grew… And grew… Until it was too big to count.
❤️ Scene 10 – The Bigger Promise
Guide: God also promised something even bigger. That ALL people would be blessed through Abraham’s family. Do you know how? (Pause) Through Jesus. Jesus came from Abraham’s family. And He came to rescue the world.
🎯 Big Finish
Guide: Here’s what we learn: God keeps His promises. Even when it takes a long time. Even when it seems impossible. But there’s something else…God calls people.

Guide (building energy): When God calls you…
