• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, Google Advertising ID)

• Gameplay information (actions, achievements, etc.)

• Text you input in the game

2. Purpose of Data Usage

I use the collected data solely for feature improvement, enhancing user experience, fixing issues, providing the service, and delivering advertising.

However, where I have a legal obligation or where I have obtained your consent, I may process data beyond the above to the extent required.

4. Age Requirements (by Region)

• United States: If you are under 13, I require verifiable parental consent under COPPA before collecting personal information for features such as text-input interactions. For users aged 13–15, any sale/share of personal information or targeted advertising requires your opt-in consent; for 16 and over, standard opt-out rights apply. The relevant consent and age-verification prompts are shown in-app when you begin such features.

• EU/EEA: I obtain consent in accordance with the digital age of consent set by each Member State (typically 13–16). If you are under your country’s applicable age, I require parental or legal guardian consent before processing personal data for features such as text-input interactions or personalized advertising. The consent/age-verification flow is presented within the in-app prompt when you start such features.

5. Data Security

Collected data is protected through appropriate access controls. We take necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, and alteration.

6. Your Rights

You may request information about your data at any time and request deletion by contacting me. You can also disable certain transmissions via the in-game settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. When updated, the latest version will be posted on my website and take effect upon posting. Material changes will be notified within the App; if you do not agree, you may discontinue use thereafter.

8. Additional Information for EU/EEA Users (GDPR Article 13)

  • Debugging and safety/security: legitimate interests

• Retention: I retain data for the minimum period necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as required by law, and not beyond that period.

• Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

9. Advertising & Consent Management

For EEA/UK users, I present a CMP compliant with IAB TCF v2.2 to provide consent choices for personalized ads, a list of vendors, and withdrawal methods. Note that even for non-personalized ads, consent may still be required for certain measurement technologies (e.g., cookies or similar identifiers).

10. Children’s Privacy

For United States users, the collection of personal information from children under 13 requires parental consent under COPPA; for users aged 13–15, opt-in is required for sale/share or targeted advertising.

For EU/EEA users, I obtain consent in accordance with each country’s digital age of consent (13–16).

11. Rights Under U.S. State Laws

Users in jurisdictions such as California may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. I honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out signals as valid expressions of choice. If a request is denied, I provide an appeals process.

12. Use of Generative AI Features

Text you submit in the in-game conversation feature is sent to the Gemini API. Prompts and outputs are processed to provide the service but are not used for product improvement or for training machine-learning models.

For safety and abuse-prevention, inputs/outputs may be logged for a limited period and reviewed by humans for that limited purpose. Please avoid entering sensitive or personal information.
