North Leicester Badminton Club

North Leicester Badminton Club is a very well established and friendly Club based in Leicester which has been in existence for over 20 years and which has a lot to offer those players looking for a good standard of social and competitive League Badminton.

We are always seeking new members to join us and hopefully join our teams playing in the Leicestershire Badminton Association Leagues (www.lbabadminton.org) and we currently run 3 teams comprising of Mixed and Mens teams. We have a good combination of male and female members of differing standards and would also like to encourage more Junior members to join us. Coaching will be available for those players who would like to improve their standard of play.

We register all members who play in the League for us with Badminton England for personal accident insurance, discounts to Badminton events and access to Badminton England sanctioned tournaments.

The Club operates between September and Easter, including Half Term holidays. We have one Club night per week in the recently refurbished Sports Hall, which is an excellent facility to play in and during the main season this night is also used for our home League matches. We play with Yonex plastic shuttles and our Club night takes place as follows;
