BIRI CONSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-Construction & Design

Before a shovel hits the ground, these services establish the legal and structural blueprint.

2. Site Preparation & Earthworks

Getting the "canvas" ready for the build.

Demolition: Clearing existing structures if necessary.
Excavation & Grading: Moving earth to create a level site and digging trenches for foundations.

3. Structural Phase (The "Shell")
