Mews Train Station Shuttle Noise Problem

I had lived in the Mews at Princeton Junction apartment complex for 2 years. There is a shuttle that goes between the Princeton Junction Train Station and Mews from 5:45 am to 8:45 am, and from 5:30 pm to 8:45 pm, catching every train in 5 to 15 minutes. While it is convenient for the 100 daily Mews commuters, there was a side effect: the 37-passenger bus was noisy for residents both inside and outside of Mews. Knowing the actual number of residents that ride the shuttle through my own research, I suggested changing the 37-passenger bus to a 23-passenger bus to Mews management during the 2016 Christmas. It was changed in 8 days and the noise issue was resolved for hundreds of residents living along Bear Brook Rd. This shuttle is the most heavily used bus in West Windsor; this change alone reduces West Windsor's air pollution by 0.1%.
