Application Process
Steps:
Secure a teacher (or two) to be your club’s sponsor(s) to supervise meetings and events.
Complete this APPLICATION for EACH club.
You will need to attach your club’s current constitution to this application, so please do not complete it until you have the constitution updated.
If you are a new club, here is the constitution template you should use.
Print this SPONSOR AGREEMENT FORM, bring it to your club sponsor to complete, and return it to Ms. Woody in F-218, place in her mailbox, or attach it to the application. A separate form must be completed for EACH sponsor of your club.

Expectation: All clubs will be expected to participate in hallway decorating for Spirit Week! This is a fun way to promote your club to new students and to build school spirit!

Please Note: Clubs are NOT PERMITTED to advertise or meet until you receive an email that everything for the application process has been received and approved! The email will include the permitted ways you may advertise for your club throughout the year.

TV/Wando Website Slide -- email the slide to cindy_philbeck@charleston.k12.sc.us
Must be a .jpg or .png file
State how long you want it to run (start & end dates)
Must be a LANDSCAPE (horizontal) photo file because a portrait (vertical) orientation creates a lot of space on the sides of the slide on large screens.
Your club’s Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, or other social media accounts
Create a Remind account
School Calendar -- email charles_finch@charleston.k12.sc.us to reserve a room on campus
Emailed Wednesday Announcements -- email kristy_williams@charleston.k12.sc.us by Tuesday mornings
Must be PDF or PNG
Brief PA Announcements on Tuesdays and Thursdays -- email charles_finch@charleston.k12.sc.us
Flyers in Hallways
Must have a signature from Emilie Woody prior to hanging flyers
Only hung on the tack strips; do not use tape!
Must be removed after the date of the meeting/event
