Secure a teacher (or two) to be your club’s sponsor(s) to supervise meetings and events.
Complete the Google Form application for EACH club.
A current Club Constitution is required as part of the application.
If you are a new club, here is the CLUB CONSTITUTION template you can use as a guide.
The Sponsor Agreement is part of the application.
A separate Sponsor Agreement must be completed for EACH sponsor of your club.

Please Note: Clubs are NOT PERMITTED to advertise or meet until you receive an email that everything for the application process has been received and approved! The email will include the ways you can advertise for your club throughout the year.

Ways to Advertise:
Create a flyer to hang on the bulletin strips -- Print one copy and bring it to Mr. Finch in D-209 to approve and sign. Then, you can make copies of the flyer with the signature on it.
Email the flyer to Ms. Woody (emilie_woody@charleston.k12.sc.us) so she can add it to the Club Announcements page and the meeting dates to the Clubs Calendar.
TV/Wando Website Slide -- email the slide to cindy_philbeck@charleston.k12.sc.us and cheryl_pavella@charleston.k12.sc.us
Must be a .jpg or .png file
State how long you want it to run (start & end dates)
Must be a LANDSCAPE (horizontal) photo file because a portrait (vertical) orientation creates a lot of space on the sides of the slide on large screens.
