We have set these rules in place because this is our family’s second home. We have just remodeled the space and everything is brand new! We spend a lot of time here as a family, and have made many beautiful memories. We ask that you treat our condo with respect and love, as if it was your own. Thank you!

The day before your stay we will send you an individualized code for the front door, and ski locker. The internet password will be available in the guestbook when you enter the condo. Please read our Haus Rules before you arrive. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Strip sheets from used beds and leave on the bed
Put all used towels in the tub or shower (including kitchen towels & napkins)
Take out ALL trash (including bathrooms) to the dumpsters in the parking lot
Load all dirty dishes and run dishwasher
In Winter: turn all (4) thermostats to "Away"
Make sure the bathroom & bedroom doors are open to ensure heat/air circulation
Turn off all lights and the ceiling fan
Close and lock the door (Give it a double check *pull* from the outside, sometimes it seems locked but its not)

No parties allowed
Maximum occupancy 8 persons (No unregistered guests allowed)
No Pets or Animals of any kind allowed
NO smoking of any kind indoors ($250 fee will be assessed for smoking indoors)
Strict Quiet hours from 9pm - 7am (Please respect our neighbors)
No Skis or Ski Boots inside. Skis must be stored in the lockable Gear Locker in the Hall
Please remove your shoes indoors! (Bring your slippers so you aren't tempted!)
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms
While there is a washer & dryer for your personal use, please do not wash our linens during your stay.
