Hello my name is Wanda Turnage. I am the owner/founder of Wanda's Cleaning Service. I am the daughter to Roy & Kim Morris (Wyatt). I was born  February 1st of 1990. I was born in Macon Ga. moved to Savannah when I was 5, stayed there until I was 10 then we moved back down to Jones County where I have been pretty much my whole life with the exception of a few years. I had a great childhood. My parents and family has always been very supportive of anything I ever wanted to do. I started working with my mom when I was about 14 or 15. She was teaching me independence and responsibility. So I ended up getting married in 2011 and found out I was pregnant in 2011 and had my 1st child in 2012. That's when I pretty much started to become a full time stay at home mom. So I stopped working and took care of my dad and was a full time wife/mom/caregiver. So during this time I also had another child plus my dad had passed away, and I  was dealing with an abusive husband.  He was mentally, emotionally & physically abusive, yet I told myself I was going to do whatever I could to make my marriage work and I did. I stayed in the relationship from March 2011- September 2015 when finally I couldn't do it anymore and me and our children left. At that moment I realized how am I going to take care of my kid's without working. I had been out of the working field for so long I thought what am I going to do. So I talked to my parents Thomas and Kim Wyatt  and said I think I am going to start my own business because I needed a flexible schedule because I had a child with down syndrome who was on a feeding tube and I knew that most companies are not going to work with you if you miss so many days ect. So I said if I am going to do this it might as well be something that I am good at and something that I enjoy doing. 

I started my business in 2016 because I became a single mom so I had to get money fast. I needed something with a flexible schedule and I knew I wanted to do something I loved doing. I dedicated it to my Dad who was a veteran and who passed away in 2014. He was paralyzed so I stayed home taking care of him up until the day he died. That's why I chose to do a House Cleaning Service
