Kansas Communities that Care
Each year USD 320 participates in Kansas Communities that Care Survey which is a statewide survey for 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th graders across Kansas. The purpose of this survey is to gather information needed to plan educational programming in the areas of social/emotional health of our students, school engagement, substance use, peer pressure, etc. It also helps us judge the effectiveness of our current education and prevention efforts.
This survey is completely voluntary and completely anonymous. No names or identifying information will be collected and only group results will be seen. There will be no individual results. When you fill out enrollment paperwork for your child in the summer, there will be a permission form allowing your child to take this survey. An email will also be sent out to parents each year before the survey is adminstered.
Counseling Needs Parent/Teacher Survey
At the beginning of each year the counselors will send out a Google form asking parents and teachers to identify the top needs of Wamego Middle School students. Results from these surveys help us ensure the school counseling program is supporting students on the topics most prevalent to our school population.
Please feel free to email or call Mrs. Eilders or Mrs. Woofter any time throughout the year with concerns related to student safety and success that you feel are impacting all students or your child, specifically.
