About Us!

The society of women engineers club is only in its second year at Walton High School. However, our national organization is over 70 years old and has a strong presence in the industry as well as learning institutions. Our co-sponsor, Mrs. Guiendon, was a member of SWE while studying Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. She benefited from the seminars, networking events, and continuing education offered through SWE in her career. Our speakers are SWE members who actively mentor upcoming female engineers.
