We visited many houses in Guruvayoor that were for sale but we were not satisfied by other builders - Reason ; Bad smell of drainage, Other hotels waste around footpaths, Less space for gardening, Guruvayur is a busy path hence, car pollution - no sufficient good air to breath. We are deeply & heartly very much satisfied. Since 2020, we have settled here. All Vastu preparation is perfectly fine. Advantage of living here, During the flood time, we were here. We had no water coming around our villa project. We have good neighbours around. We feel a very gold graced area plus peaceful area to live rather than living in a honking city. Most important of all is that we met the real owner, who is a very kind person. The construction was still working near our home. We saw each and every aspect of quality materials used to build a home. Therefore, we are very satisfied here.”
