Hello everyone,

I am Walter and together with my wife Maria we manage WalMarhouse after having completely renovated it.

WalMarhouse is located in Capo San Vito, southwest of the city of Taranto.

It is an independent apartment on the first floor of a two-family villa surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the sea: from here you can enjoy the tranquility of nature just a few minutes from the city.

A few hundred meters away there are both free coves, for lovers of the beach and the cliff, and bathing establishments where you can dive and practice windsurfing, kait, kayaking.

The center of San Vito is a summer tourist resort with numerous places where you can taste specialties for every palate.

For sports lovers it is possible to practice swimming, tennis, padel, five-a-side football, archery in the various associations present.

In 15 minutes you can reach the city center where you can visit:

the MarTa museum;
the chamber tombs of the Greek period;
the island with the hypogea, the diocesan museum, the cathedral of San Cataldo, the Doric columns, the Aragonese castle, the tourist port, the swing bridge;
an absolutely recommended stop is the excursion aboard the catamarans for the sighting of cetaceans (dolphins, sperm whales and fin whales) present in the Gulf of Taranto.

From here you can leave to visit Salento, Martina Franca (30min) and the Itria Valley (Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino); the highway connects it directly to Brindisi (40min) and Lecce (60min).

The coastal road allows you to reach the beaches of Pulsano, Lizzano up to San Pietro in Bevagna, Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo and further down towards the Salento coast.

The apartment has just been renovated, equipped with all comforts and consists of:

double bedroom with balcony;

double or twin bedroom;

living room with TV and balcony;

modern kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave and TV;

full bathroom with shower;

laundry room with washing machine, laundryman, shower and toilet;

terrace equipped with pergola to enjoy the greenery around.

In addition, the structure is equipped with centralized air conditioning with thermostat in every room, mosquito nets for all windows, reserved internal parking and WiFi.
