This Privacy Policy explains how Skyline Labs ("we", "us", or "our"),

operating under skyline media, collects, uses, and protects

your information when you use the WallSync mobile application

("App") on Android.

By using WallSync, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Create an account (display name, email address)

• Sign in with Google (profile name, email address, Google user ID)

• Use the app as a guest (no personal information required)

• Contact us for support (email address, message content)

1.2 Fitness and Activity Data

• Workout sessions completed

• Workout duration and calories burned

• Daily streak count and weekly progress

• Leaderboard points and rankings

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, model, and operating system version

• App version and language settings

• General geographic region (country/state level only)

• App usage events and screen views

• Crash reports and performance data

• Advertising identifier (Android Ad ID) — only if you have not

opted out of ad personalization in your device settings

1.4 Purchase Information

We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Subscription and in-app purchase transactions are processed

entirely by Google Play. We receive only confirmation of whether

a purchase was made and which entitlement was granted.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account

• Save and sync your workout progress across sessions

• Display your streak, leaderboard ranking, and achievements

• Send workout reminder notifications (only if you grant permission)

• Show personalized or contextual advertisements

• Analyze app usage to improve features and fix bugs

• Process subscription purchases and verify entitlements

• Respond to your support requests

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for any purpose not described in

this Privacy Policy without your prior consent.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

WallSync uses the following third-party services that may collect

information as described in their own privacy policies:

3.1 Firebase (Google LLC)

Purpose: Authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting

Data collected: User ID, email, app events, crash logs

3.2 Google AdMob (Google LLC)

Purpose: Displaying advertisements to free users

Data collected: Device advertising ID, IP address, ad interactions

Note: WallSync Pro subscribers see zero advertisements.

You may opt out of personalized ads in your Android device

settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

3.3 RevenueCat Inc.

Purpose: Subscription management and purchase verification

Data collected: Purchase history, subscription status, user ID

3.4 OneSignal Inc.

Purpose: Push notification delivery

Data collected: Device token, notification interaction data

3.5 Google Sign-In (Google LLC)

Purpose: Account authentication via Google account

Data collected: Google profile name, email address, Google user ID

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We do not share your personal information with third parties

except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

4.1 Where Data is Stored

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which are operated

by Google LLC and hosted in secure data centers. Firebase complies

with SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and ISO 27001 security standards.

4.2 How We Protect Your Data

• All data transmitted between the App and our servers is

encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security)

• Firebase database access is protected by security rules that

restrict each user to their own data only

• We do not store payment card numbers or banking information

• Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication and are

never stored in plain text

4.3 Data Retention

• Account data is retained until you delete your account

• Workout session logs are retained for the lifetime of your account

• Leaderboard entries are deleted when you delete your account

• Crash logs are retained for 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics

• Ad interaction data is retained per Google's AdMob data policy

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

5.1 Access and Correction

You may view and update your display name at any time in the

App under Profile → Edit name.

5.2 Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data

at any time by going to:

Profile → Settings → Delete my account and data

This action immediately and permanently deletes:

• Your Firebase authentication account

• All workout session logs

• Your streak and progress data

• Your leaderboard entries

• All locally cached preferences

This action cannot be undone.

5.3 Notification Preferences

You may disable workout reminder notifications at any time in

your Android device settings under Apps → WallSync → Notifications.

5.4 Advertising Preferences

• To opt out of personalized ads: Android Settings → Google →

Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

• WallSync Pro subscribers automatically receive zero ads with

no additional action required

5.5 Guest Mode

You may use WallSync without creating an account by selecting

"Continue as Guest". In guest mode, no email address or personal

profile information is collected. Workout progress is stored

locally on your device and linked to an anonymous session ID.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

WallSync is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do

not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal

information, please contact us at support@scaleity.in and we will

promptly delete the information.

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, please review this

7. GDPR — RIGHTS FOR EUROPEAN USERS

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have

• Right to erasure: Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

• Right to restrict processing: Limit how we use your data

• Contract performance (providing the App service)
