Wallpapers Kingdom develops and publishes Android wallpaper apps under the Google Play developer name “Wallpapers kingdom.” We also use the wallsandpapers.com website and the “walls and papers” brand for our wallpaper services. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Wallpapers Kingdom.
This policy covers the 46 Android applications identified by name and package identifier in the list at the end of this page, including Sad wallpapers (com.Sad.wallpaper.Walls.and.Papers). It explains how information is handled when you use those apps and their related wallpaper delivery services. Features and service providers can vary between apps and versions; a description of an optional feature applies when that feature is available in the app you use.
The apps store information needed for their features on your device. Depending on the app and version, this can include favorite wallpapers, display and theme preferences, cached or downloaded wallpapers, selected live wallpapers, automatic wallpaper changer settings, advertising choices, and rewarded-content unlock progress.
You do not need to create a user account to use our wallpaper apps. Local preferences are not a public profile. However, the app can separately send interaction events to our services and technical information to the providers described below. Data kept locally should not be confused with data transmitted by those features or providers.
Clearing an app's storage or uninstalling it generally removes its private local data. Images saved to shared device storage, an existing system wallpaper, or copies managed by Android backup or another service may remain and must be managed separately through the relevant device or service controls.
Wallpaper browsing and interactions: our servers receive requests for wallpaper lists, categories, searches, images, videos, and app configuration. These requests can include the app's package identifier, content or category identifiers, search terms, sorting or filtering options, and pagination information. View, download, and favorite actions can be sent to maintain content statistics and operate the service.
Network and operational information: requests to our services disclose technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested resource, and information supplied by the requesting software. Our hosting or security services may process request and error logs to deliver content, investigate failures, and detect misuse.
Push notifications: apps using Firebase Cloud Messaging obtain a registration token identifying an app installation. The token and app identifier can be sent to our server so we can send notifications for that app. This technical registration does not create a user account. A token may be registered even when Android notification display permission is off; turning off notifications does not necessarily delete an existing registration.
Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please avoid sending information that is not needed to resolve your request.
Our apps can display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads and AdMob. Depending on the app, SDK version, configuration, and privacy choices, advertising services process identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and technical or diagnostic information. This can include an advertising ID, app-set or installation identifiers, app launches, taps, video or ad views, and performance information. The purposes include displaying and measuring ads, maintaining the service, and preventing fraud or abuse. Advertising services may also process other account-related identifiers where applicable to their services.
We use Google's User Messaging Platform to present advertising privacy choices where required or made available. Personalized, non-personalized, or limited advertising can involve different processing. Choosing less personalized advertising does not mean that all technical processing stops.
Advertising services and web pages opened from ads may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies under their privacy practices. Browser cookie controls apply to web content and do not necessarily control all identifiers used by an app's advertising SDK.
Firebase Crashlytics is used to investigate crashes and app-not-responding incidents. Reports can contain an installation identifier, app and operating system versions, device model and technical state, error messages, crash traces, and diagnostic information.
Google Analytics for Firebase may be used in apps or versions where analytics is enabled to understand usage and app performance. Analytics can process installation or app-instance identifiers, app interactions, and technical or approximate-location information. Analytics availability and collection settings can differ between versions.
Firebase Cloud Messaging and related installation services process installation identifiers and messaging information to deliver notifications. These providers' processing and retention practices are described in their linked privacy information below.
The core wallpaper features do not require access to your contacts, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location. Advertising or analytics providers can infer a general location from an IP address without the app requesting precise-location permission.
Information is used to:
- Deliver wallpaper content, browsing, search, and supported personalization features.
- Save preferences, favorites, downloads, and unlock progress where those features are available.
- Maintain interaction counts and understand use of our content.
- Send app notifications and manage their delivery.
- Display and measure advertising and manage advertising privacy choices.
- Diagnose crashes, improve reliability, maintain security, and prevent misuse.
- Answer support and privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing can be based on providing the service you request, consent for the processing concerned, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or a legal obligation. Advertising consent is not a blanket authorization for unrelated processing.
Information is processed by Wallpapers Kingdom and providers involved in delivering the service. These include our website and server hosting providers, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob and relevant advertising partners, Firebase services, and the email service used when you contact us. Providers receive information needed for their roles, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. Advertising partners can be identified through the applicable advertising privacy information or consent interface.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or threats to people's rights or safety. We do not publish your support emails as part of the wallpaper library.
If you choose to share a wallpaper or open an advertisement or external link, the app, website, or service you select receives information according to its own privacy policy. Please review that policy before providing additional information.
Network access is used to obtain content, configuration, ads, and supported messaging services. Wallpaper permissions allow an image or supported video to be applied as a wallpaper. Notification permission controls whether Android allows the app to display notifications. Older Android versions may request storage permission when you save a wallpaper; newer versions use Android's supported media or file mechanisms.
Cropping and applying a wallpaper are performed using the app and Android device features. We do not require you to upload your personal photo library to our server for the core wallpaper functions. Sharing occurs when you choose a destination through the relevant sharing controls.
You can review or revoke available permissions in Android Settings. Some related features may stop working if a permission is denied.
Where available, use the app's Settings privacy or advertising-consent option to review the advertising choices provided for your region and app version. You can also use Android's advertising controls to reset or delete an advertising identifier or adjust available advertising preferences. The names and availability of these controls depend on your Android version.
You can turn app notifications off in Android Settings. This controls notification display; it does not necessarily remove previously stored tokens or erase diagnostic or analytics records. Advertising choices likewise do not automatically disable all crash reporting, messaging, or operational processing.
You can stop further use of an app by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not itself erase records already held on our servers or by providers. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.
There is no single fixed retention period for every kind of information in our services. Retention depends on the purpose of the information, whether the service still needs it, the applicable provider's settings and retention practices, and any legal or security requirements.
Local preferences and caches remain until they are changed, cleared, replaced, or removed by the app or device. Downloaded files that you save outside the app's private storage may remain after uninstalling.
Server-side notification registrations, request or error logs, interaction records, and support correspondence can remain while needed for their operational, support, security, or legal purpose. We do not represent that disabling notifications or uninstalling automatically removes those records. When handling a valid deletion request, we assess which records we can identify and delete or anonymize them unless continued retention is required or permitted for an applicable legal, security, or dispute-related reason.
Google and other providers apply their own product-specific retention and deletion processes. Relevant settings can differ between apps and versions. Where backup copies exist, deletion from backups can follow the provider's backup expiry or deletion process rather than occurring immediately. Statistics that have been irreversibly anonymized and can no longer identify an individual may be retained.
Email wally.masters01@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” or “Data deletion request.” Include the app's name or package identifier, describe your request, and provide information reasonably needed to help us locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive documents.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent for future processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request and avoid deleting another person's information. We will explain what can be located and actioned, and respond within the period required by applicable law. Some technical records cannot be linked to an email address or person from the information available to us; if so, we will explain the limitation and any relevant provider or device controls. We cannot promise to identify every installation from a support email alone.
Requests concerning processing that Google or another provider controls independently may also need to be addressed using that provider's privacy controls or request process. We will assist with requests relating to information under our control.
We use HTTPS for the production app service and reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including controls over administrative access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Applicable protections and provider transfer arrangements depend on the service and relevant law. Google's privacy information explains its international processing arrangements.
Our apps are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are not directed to anyone under 18. A Google Play content rating, such as “Everyone,” describes content suitability and does not change this intended audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that someone under 18 has provided personal information through one of our apps, contact wally.masters01@gmail.com with the app's details. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to remove information collected contrary to this policy or applicable requirements.
