These Terms of Service apply to the WallPix - HD Wallpaper app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Le Khanh Thong (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Use of the Application
WallPix - HD Wallpaper provides users with access to wallpaper content, themes, widgets, and related personalization features. The Application is provided for use “AS IS” and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Application in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application or interfere with other users’ experience.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, wallpapers, logos, features, and other materials available in the Application are owned by the Service Provider or licensed for use within the Application. You may use the content provided by the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Application or its content without prior written permission from the Service Provider.
Premium Features and Subscriptions
The Application may offer premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchase options. Premium features may include, but are not limited to:
- Access to premium wallpapers, themes, widgets, or templates
- Removal of ads
- Unlimited access to selected premium content
- Additional personalization features
If you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. The Service Provider does not directly manage refunds, cancellations, or billing disputes. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.
Advertising
The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. Ads help support the free version of the Application. Some features may require viewing ads unless you upgrade to a premium version where available.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or other tools to improve performance and user experience. These third-party services may operate under their own terms and policies.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, services, policies, or practices of third-party providers.
User Responsibilities
By using the Application, you agree that:
- You will not use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Application
- You will not misuse premium content, wallpapers, themes, or templates
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app store account
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that all wallpapers, themes, widgets, or features will remain available permanently.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, device issues, service interruptions, app errors, or any damages related to third-party services or advertisements.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Application after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Privacy
Your use of the Application is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.
Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective from April 1, 2026.
