Thank you for shopping with PVC Panel Artisans! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our high-quality PVC panels and accessories. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Time Frame: You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: Your item must be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
๐ Note on Custom Orders: Any custom-sized or special-order panels/designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Contact Us: Please email us at mail or call us phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
RMA: We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on where to send the product. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be refused.
Ship: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the return instructions.
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Recommendation: If you are returning expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a panel or accessory that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with the following:
Your Order Number.
Clear photographs showing the damage to the product and the packaging.
We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
