The cooperative serves as a centralized distribution hub for locally produced honey harvests of Wallowa County and neighboring regions as well. The honey is distributed with the intention to acknowledge which apiary or area the honey came from, any tasting notes, and other potential information that would influence the characteristics of the honey.
